Directions for Use:

Administer product twice daily. Can be given during or after mealtime.

• 10 lb and under: 0.25 ml, twice daily
• Over 10 lb: 0.5 ml, twice daily

Shake well. Does not require refrigeration.

Cautions

• If animal's condition worsens or does not improve, stop product administration and consult your veterinarian.
  
• Do not use during pregnancy.
  
• Administer during or after the animal has eaten to reduce incidence of gastrointestinal upset.
  
• An examination from a veterinarian is recommended prior to using this product.
  
• Use with caution with low blood pressure.
  
• Not to be used with hypotensive drugs or prior to anesthesia.
  
• If animal is coughing or has a fever, seek veterinary care immediately.
• Absorption of drugs taken simultaneously may be delayed.
  
• Administer at least one hour away from drugs.
  

Lung Gold is formulated With:

• Reishi fruiting body (Ganoderma lucidum): Used for many centuries in Asia, Reishi is among a group of "medicinal mushrooms" containing biologically active polysaccharides, known for their immune-supporting properties. Reishi helps promote the body's natural immune defenses and overall vitality.
• Coptis root (Coptis chinensis): Similar to Goldenseal, Coptis contains a powerful active constituent called berberine. Coptis root is used for its immune system and helps maintain a healthy lung environment.
• Fresh Marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis): Marshmallow roots are high in mucilage, which help soothe mucous membranes in the lungs. Marshmallow is commonly found in herbal formulas for lungs and occasional throat irritation.
• Baikal Skullcap root (Scutellaria baicalensis): Chinese and Western Skullcap both have the ability to support the nervous system and help promote a sense of calm. Chinese Skullcap also helps maintain normal immune function, specifically in the lungs.
• Jujube fruit (Ziziphus jujube): This lung tonic adds a nourishing component to Lung Gold. Jujube may help promote stamina and strength and help maintain a healthy immune system. Jujube is sometimes added to formulas because of its pleasant taste.
• Fresh Grindelia flower (Grindelia spp.): Used primarily for lung support and as an herbal expectorant, Grindelia helps calm occasional respiratory irritation and cough.
• Usnea thallus (Usnea spp.): Usnea, also called "Old Man's Beard", supports immune health and helps maintain immune defenses in the throat and lungs.
• Ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinale): Ginger supports the body's natural immune defenses. It provides a gentle warming property to the overall formula.
